Instructions for use:
Screen print Aqua Gel 3500 TG directly
onto the t-shirt/fabric
Allow to dry for approx 24 hours
Transfer on fabric by fusing
Fusing Conditions
Temperature - 140-150C
Time - 12-14 sec
Pressure - 2-3 bar |

Application techniques
Direct coating
Particle size recommended: 0-80 microns
Mix approx 10-15% of FPP 2011 in the water-based ink.
Screen print using 80-150 mesh.
Print twice to ensure the coating thickness reaches approx 30-150 micorns.
After printing, cure at approx 130-150C. |
